Where is the fight and aggression? Coached out of the lot of them. By Bilic. Who shouldn't have a job right now.

In this run Snodgrass has been stupefyingly bad.
Sunday park football bad.
How he is getting picked is utterly beyond me.

I don't know how Adrian is reacting in training but if he can't get back in ahead of Randolph he should retire from football.

Some (many) of our players are performing at an excruciatingly poor level. As is the manager
We look slow, clumsy and unaware of the seriousness of the situation.

It has to be said Byram looks an AWFUL player at right back. I'd even consider putting Kouyate back there as he's so bad.

I'd really like to see Bilic gone by the Swansea game, the bloke is a liability.

Good post, agreed with most of that.

Re: ⚽ Arsenal v West Ham - Official Match Thread FT 3-0
Only positives to take away from that game was that Bilic actually set the team up in a way the full backs weren't completely exposed and had some help defending in the first half with Antonio and Ayew tracking.back. The players alao looked focused and sticking to their defensive duties. Kouyate was decent in the defensive midfield role and Masuaku continues to look the player in better form at left back.

The only problem was we were always only one fuckup from Randolph destroying all the hard work and spirit as it duely prooved to be.

Lanzini was the only player with any quality going forward though.

Oh and it was no surprise everything went to shit when Snodgrass came on. Useless prick constantly gave the ball away and never tracked back. No surprise when his full back Bellerin showed up in the penaly area completely un marked or that Masuaku started to get overrun by Walcott/Chamberlain and Bellarin with Snodgrass only found at the origin of each Arsenal attack as he gives the ball away without getting bqck to defend.

How Randolph and Snodgrass keep getting games is par for the course with Bilic. Just like it was with Obiang, Byram; Fletcher and Fernandes being ignored for the likes of tore, feghouli, arbeloa, nordveit, zaza, calleri (all of whom give away possession easily and don't like to defend)...and Antonio, Kouyate constantly forced to play out of position.

If Bilic can get the players to apply themselves defensively and get Wdrian back in between the sticks we might stop from snowballing into the relegation scrap but at the moment we have the momentum to meteor right ght into the championship.

We also need to klook to take full advantage when we're on top in games as it annoyed me no end how we pressed Hull i to mistake after mistake until we got the first goal and then immediately switched to possession football and a defensive posture while Hull weren't at the races. No surprise second half they bucked up their ideas and we just allowed them to come back at us. A team with one of the worst goals allowed records trying to defend a 1 goal lead a ay from home...

Had to get that rant out...

Phew! Those form tables make ferocious reading, eh?

There's a consistent bottom three there, without a doubt.

Can't see how anyone can pretend that we aren't in some deep doo doo now...

Didnt get up to watch this game, the result is hardly a surprise though.

Just hope we can get a win against Swansea, the pack is on our heals now.

Antonio looked fine before half time. I'm half hoping he just got a twinge or something, and that it's not another pissing contest with Bilic about being played out of position again.

Alarm bells have to be totally deafening in the boardroom by now, surely... Sully was quoted as saying he wanted a top half finish "or else".

I'd say we've been solidly in the "or else" territory for about four weeks now at least.

You fucking halfwit. In the 2nd half Aresnil hardly had to break sweat. We were so weak and slow they played as if it was a training session and only had to jog around to make us look like mugs.

Re: ⚽ Arsenal v West Ham - Official Match Thread
The decisions that have been made with regards the team in the last 12 months have got steadily worse and the writing is looking on the wall. To have ended this January window without strengthening the squad was suicide and in the West Ham way we have managed to go from a top four challenging squad to a championship looking team in 12 months. Fucking bilic is lost and mends fucking off ASAP

For the masochists amongst you, here is the form table:

http://www.soccerstats.com/formtable.asp?league=england

Over the last 6 games we are 19th with 1 point from 18

Over the last 10 games we are 18th with 8 points from 30

Amazing to think really that while these runs were going there were still people that thought Slaven Bilic was the future of West Ham!

I want him sacked before Swansea, it's the only we can win that, hope for a sacked shit manager bounce.

Re: ⚽ Arsenal v West Ham - Official Match Thread FT 3-0
I have little time for the over promising and hype of the owners but lets make one thing clear, its Bilic that is responsible for last say on who we buy / bring in and the system he wants players for.

The league position, lack of pace, physicality and lack of quality in the squad is largely down to Bilic. He wanted Ayew, Snodgrass, Fonte, Tore, Feghouli. They are all slow, lightweight and do not work hard. Fonte the slight exception as he tries but is too old and slow.

Bilic has to go whatever happens IMO.

Re: ⚽ Arsenal v West Ham - Official Match Thread
As a team we've been poor for most of the season, but now we look an abject shambles.
The moment Antonio went off the writing was on the wall, but as a collective our players are pathetic, with the exception of just a couple of them. They look spineless, with absolutely no direction or desire.
I do believe that if we lose at the weekend then we'll go down. As I said a couple of games back I just can't see where we're going to get any points from now.

geoffpikey 11:39 Wed Apr 5
Re: ⚽ Arsenal v West Ham - Official Match Thread
Shit, but as I expected. The glaringly obvious is that our relegation rivals (yes) show fight, even if they lose. We are showing jack shit of anything. Complacency has killed us. At least we have a "cup final" to look forward to. It's on Saturday.

gph 11:38 Wed Apr 5
Re: ⚽ Arsenal v West Ham - Official Match Thread
A good enough performance to have seen off plenty of lesser than Arsenal.

Problem is, we don't play this well against lesser teams than Arsenal...

For example, Arsenals first goal was caused by two wide West Ham defenders playing Arsenal's central attackers onside, so they could distract Randolph when he was dealing with the shot. A lesser side probably wouldn't got the distracting players up there, but we would have played against a lesser with less concentration, so they wouldn't need to be so sharp.
